Dear Dreamtastic Designs,

To say I was excited to come across your job posting would be an understatement. I have long wanted to work for a major design firm that was not afraid to break the mold and create trends instead of following them. That is what I’m all about, and that is why I think I would be a great addition to your team.

With a BA in Graphic Design from New School and a portfolio that spans eight years and 30 different clients, I have a good grasp on all the latest trends and tricks of the graphic design world. Moreover, I pride myself on staying on the cutting edge of new techniques and aesthetics. I recently designed an ad campaign for a small online fashion boutique that won me the Wilson’s Design Innovation Award.

I am an expert at all things Adobe and recently completed a photo and video editing course to take my editing skills to the next level. I believe continued training and growth is important for any graphic designer, no matter their years of experience.

I can’t wait to meld my creativity and unique style with that of the exceptional design team at Dreamtastic, so I look forward to the chance to discuss this opportunity further in person. Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider my application.

● Creativity: This is perhaps the most important skill a designer can have and is at the heart of the job.
