THE CITY OF COPPERAS COVE Copperas Cove, TX 07/2007 to Current CITY MANAGER Provide overall management of city operations, policy development and the performance of 285 staff members. Attend city council meetings and workshops, providing comprehensive financial reporting and ensuring policy compliance. Develop and present annual budgets. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders for the benefit of the city. Conduct staff and citizen focus group meetings. Currently serving as the Interim City Planner, and previously served as the Interim Human Resources Director and Fire Chief during position vacancies. Maintained city operations after a public ousting of the entire city counsel, retaining flawless services for nearly five months prior to a special election.
