Led the start-up and launch of Decurion’s Hollybrook Senior Living business with $50M capital to build a culture of care and continuous improvement in a turnaround operational environment. Achieved 50% G&A expenses reduction for Hollybrook through ensuring transparency throughout the organization. Developed a portfolio-wide knowledge management system across all three of Decurion’s companies to standardize organizational measurements, attain high standards, and create continuity across the portfolio.
