Don't Make Messy Corrections to Your Cover Letter


TeenaRoseBook.jpg If you left something out of the cover letter, don’t add a supplemental note, even if it’s typed. Redo the entire cover letter and add the missing information. Adding notes separately or trying to fix your mistakes on the original letter sends the message that you are lazy and unprofessional. Your cover letter needs to look as close to perfect as it can be, and it’s worth the extra time to retype it if needed
